Exercise and Memory

I found an interesting article this week about the effect of even a brief bout of exercise on memory. In the study published in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, they have found that even very light workouts can rapidly help promote more connectivity between areas of the brain that are responsible for memory formation and storage. They even mention how short walking breaks throughout the day may help with improving memory and cognition.

Just another reason to try and get more active! Now that it isn’t so hot out, try going out for a couple of short walks in the day. I’m sure your dog will thank you for it too!

University of California - Irvine. "Even mild physical activity immediately improves memory function: Now you just need to remember to exercise!." ScienceDaily. ScienceDaily, 24 September 2018. <www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2018/09/180924153424.htm>

I can confidently say attn2detail is the gold standard in car detailing. My vehicle came out looking absolutely pristine after https://www.attn2detail.info/ luxury detailing, and the ceramic coating has elevated the paint to a new level of gloss. It’s also much easier to maintain now. Their professionalism, skill, and passion make them the only detailers I’ll ever use again.
