Cancer Rehabilitation

Did you know that for most people living with cancer, exercise is safe and beneficial? It can help you manage your symptoms and mobility during treatment as well as help return you to normal activities of daily living after your treatments. Exercise helps to improve your energy, cope with side effects of treatments and can even decrease your risk of new cancers in the future.

Physiotherapy can help you exercise while surviving cancer. Some precautions and considerations are needed depending on your treatments (surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, hormone therapy). We can also help you if you are surviving cancer but living with disabilities or dysfunctions from their treatments.
