Here are some highlights from this study:
-in 2002, 24 people across Canada participated in a study involving chemotherapy and stem cell bone marrow transplants
-the clinical trial spanned over 13 years
-70% saw the disease progression halted or reversed!!
-one person in the study had symptoms significantly reversed and has had no return of symptoms for over 14 years now
-it is an extremely risky treatment that only 5% of people with MS would qualify for at this time
This is amazing news!
